Privacy Policy
Pulse Labs Studio (Pulse National LLC) — applies to EVA Clock and, unless an app states otherwise on its own page, to every app we publish. Last updated: October 27, 2026.
The short version
Our apps do not collect your personal data. They contain no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing about you is sold, shared, or sent to us — there is no server of ours for it to be sent to.
What EVA Clock does on your device
- Mail count. The app counts your unread mail on the device by counting mail notifications through Android's notification-listener service. It never opens your mail account, never reads message content, and the count never leaves your device.
- Weather. To show weather where you are and where you've stopped, the app sends your approximate location to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com), a third-party weather service, and displays what comes back. That request is between your device and the weather service; we receive nothing from it.
- Fuel prices. The fuel widget fetches published prices directly from Pilot Company (pilotcompany.com). No personal information is included in that request.
- Photos and themes. Background pictures you pick stay on your device.
What we never do
- No user accounts, no sign-up, no login.
- No advertising SDKs, no analytics, no crash-reporting beacons, no trackers.
- No sale or sharing of personal data — there is none to sell.
- No subscriptions and no in-app currency. Purchases, where offered, are one-time unlocks processed by Google Play; Google handles your payment details, we never see them.
Permissions, in plain words
- Location (approximate and precise) — so the weather and "where you are" readouts can work.
- Notification access — only to count mail notifications for the mail counter, on-device.
- Phone state — to show your cellular signal readout.
- Bluetooth — to show the Bluetooth status icon.
- Internet / network state / Wi-Fi state — to fetch weather and fuel prices and show connection status.
Children
EVA Clock is a general-audience utility and collects no data from anyone, including children. Any future app we publish that is designed for children will carry its own policy, written to the same standard: no ads, no trackers, no currency mechanics.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and the change will be stated plainly at the top.
